How to Say No to Your ADHD Tasks

As an ADHD adult, because of your history, perceived or otherwise a falling short, this may be particularly true for you. Intentionally deferring tasks to a later date not only decreases your overwhelm, but also gives you the confidence you won't forget them. Just because you drop something doesn't mean it's not important. It's just a recognition that you can't do everything. So as part of the process of creating your task list, you have to also be able to say no.
