How Does Red Light Therapy Work?

We're surrounding ourselves by blue lit technology, especially at night when our body should be winding down. The cortisol ramps up, which inherently inhibits melatonin production. When you don't get outside on a consistent basis, you're not getting the full spectrum sunlight. These red light devices are necessary because we've adopted this new lifestyle where we're not getting enough sunshine.
