The German auto-motive industry is now falling behind big time. And I predict here and now that this is going to accelerate. Nobody's even thinking about the giga-bell, although it's not finished yet with, for instance, the large giga parts. It's just tremendous innovation. But what is happening is that they are struggling to change the internal organization in a way that they can innovate fast enough. That's probably one of the root courses.
