How Much of That Are You Teaching on a Daily Basis?
I actually really enjoy one like, little newance that you guys have is the pointingut. How much of that are you teaching on a daily basis to guys coming into the programme? It's not intuitive. It's a learned skill. consistency has been important for our roster. In years that we had great teams there wasn't much turnover on our roster because the consistency in understanding those nuances allows steff to be greater.
