But i think i'd come back to my original criticism of both haskell's point and your point by asking you how would you operationalize this? How would you take your argument about the importance of prestige from the realm of the theoretical to the practical? What doy what do you have governments do? And so what would you have society do, in order to make prestige, once again, be a more important part of the value equation?
