If you have other overlapping maybe personality concerns or other types of medical problems or psychiatric problems that it becomes harder so my my answer the quick answer would be yes because it's sort of untangling things. I think a history of trauma with narcissism is gonna make it harder to treat than if it's just sort of there but it's always a little bit challenging to treat narcissism as people who are narcissistic like who they are so it's harder to change  it's hard to change now imagine if you like yourself you don't have low self-esteem right right right rightright so some of the things you might see go with it yeah they're gonna make treating it harder but clinical diagnosis
