Sabbatical from 2007 to 2010 helped him in his role as CEO of mangrove. He says he was an unemotional participant in the financial crisis. It also gave him a great chance to build a relationship with his kids who at the time were 11-15. Diversity and inclusion are important issues that you consistently promoted throughout your career. You create an environment where everybody feels comfortable to be themselves.
