"I am released without charge because the ase is so weak that if they were to chargeus and standas before a jury of our peers, the likelihood of securing a prosecution beyond reasonable doubt was very slim," he says. "But what also happens at the same time is that i am subject to an ongoing process of surveillance, right? So i'm released without charge, not because i'm innocent, baue won't be able to secure a prosecution in the courts." He adds: 'The security state starts to take a lot more sinister...
