Working With People From Different Cultures?
Growing airhelp and being in travel has really taught me a lot about cultures, different cultures. I've learned that what might mean something one place means completely different thing another place. And i think we had, we didn't have to change the culture in the sense that where in america you can almost you know, be offending everyone all the time so it's very difficult for management to do anything right. We still kept maybe the european approach to it. Er and and we're very welcoming, still very welcoming in all our differences. That's like, we're not a, we'd seem we'reNot a family. But we're all here.
