We have certain expectations for certain kinds of people. Not terrible looking, middle-aged, white men, we're supposed to trust them because those are the good guys in our culture. That's part of what's happening with Bernie Madoff. He checks all your priors. We trust him. Of course. You would never be suspicious of him. The people that we tend to be suspicious of, then they do a crime. It just has to do with who gets to be innocent. No one, everyone always suspected Martin Screli.
