Is This a New Global Digital Reserve Currency?

Grant: It is possible using modern technology to design a digital currency system that has digital monetary policy tools. Is it good to give central bankers much more power than they have to day? I don't know, but i suspect it's going to happen through competition. There will be a counter movement from libertarians and the coiners and so forth, to say no, it needs to be designed to limit the power of government by not letting them do all these things with which we think are irresponsible. And when you're in charge for none on the reason we're smarter than those guys who want to print their own money at any cost, then this becomes an issue.
