Steve and his wife toria were walking along bluer street when they saw an altercation at a mid block pedestrian crossway. The guide jumped on the side of the car, which must have been going 50 miles an hour with the man's gye on it. They called 9-1-1 to find out if anyone was seriously injured in the incident. At the same time, steves' wife victoria is also calling through - you might not catch every word she says. We'll clar y her statement later but for now, this is mainly to give you a sense of her perception of the chaos that was unfolding.
