I Want More Engagement on Twitter

People get fundamentally confused about what it is that their goal is. I want engagement, if I'm on Twitter and talking to people, I'd like them to interact with me. But the type of interaction that I want isn't that. The same thing is true about clever snarky comments on Twitter, get lots of retweets and lots of likes but probably drive away the type of person who I'd actually like to interact with in real life.
