Is Chalon's Mam a Herald?

We know for a fact that salons mam and gavilar die on the same day, exactly. In the storm light five prologue, the storm father says that a herald died shortly before gavalar. I don't necessarily think that's accurate, but i'd think it was worth introducing as a possibility.
