CNN's John Berman says the FBI is under pressure to prove that it followed procedure. He says neither of the two suspects had been listed in any database as a potential threat. The phone was county-owned, and authorities asked for permission to access its contents. But they say Apple doesn't have the key needed to unlock the device.
