Chat GPT allows you to have normal human-like conversations, but with the chatbot. Christian Tearwish is co-director of the Mac Institute for Innovation Management here at the Wharton School and was behind this research. The expectation is that it is part of the future of conversation. But just how far might it go be used to still being investigated.
