Is India Going to Launch a $1 Billion Quantum Mission?

In the future, there could be some people allowed to use this drones and flying cars. But again, it will be very, very strictly and strongly regulated with good reason. It's very encouraging that we are spending $1 billion, which is not a small amount of money. I can throw money at something, but how is the money going to be used? That's always the real problem. Is there any research happening in India's universities? Do India's universities have the research capabilities? Maybe this money will be used to develop the capability to do research.
