YouTube - The Storyteller

The book is about a woman who started Google in 2007 and later joined YouTube. She was one of the employees that walked out over payouts to an executive accused of sexual harassment but broadly it was about all these things that she used to believe about her company. And then I think what was really interesting was like when I discovered talking to her more about her experience at YouTube was deeply cynical about YouTube place in society. The gap betweenlike what YouTube says about itself and stories it tells and what it actually is in the platform.
