Climate as opposed to weather it's a trend and in that trend you can get big variation but part of the problem we have is the variation within the year so for example even if we do have a mild summer that's fairly wet that wouldn't stop us having a very wet winter or a very cold winter. I think that not only are we we dealing with this slow wave which is unquestionably happening everywhere but the difference in pattern is unmanageable, he says.
