What Is a Content Ecosystem?
A content ecosystem map is a concept model with a specific point of view, really. It's to document the organization's own understanding of all the stuff that comprises their content ecosystem. A lot of information architects are this way in who's in the room and who's having the conversation that leads to the creation of this diagram.
