If they're sold appropriately, if you have a fairer discussion about yat won'tg it won't go below zero. The cost inside of it are two and a half precent. And i think part of it comes all these bells and whistles and how difficult they are to understand. Looks like that's part of edward jones decision not to offer index annuities.
