Charlie Rose: Get clearer about why you're doing the thing in the first place, right? He says that ideas need to be converted into projects and have goals attached to them. Rose: Pick a quarter size project, something you think you can get done in a quarter. That makes you marshal enough of your resources to stick to it long enough, he says.Rose: If you do that consistently throughout the year, if you got four significant quarter size projects done every year, it actually dramatically changes your life, your career and your work.
