What Makes People Hot When You Exercise?

The main thing that makes people hot when you exercise is metabolic heat production. If you're, if you've got a very good running economy, you're more efficient and won't get as hot. When people overheat, the main thing that they do is slow down to try and reduce metabolic heatproduction. But there's obviously things that you can do, you know, you're walking the A stations and using the ISO,. We'd lower the skin temperature and lower the core temperature.
