Last month, in june 20 22, the food and drug administration issued a marketing denial order for jewel. Jewel is owned in part by altria, which, you know, owns the marlborough brand. So jewel basically requested the court of appeals for a temporary stay with the marketing denial order. That means that they can still sell their products until their position is heard through the courts.
