The Importance of Social Media in Sports Performance

I feel like so much in sports performances. It's not about the 10%. It's actually the least I feel like marker of a good coach because those athletes are going to figure it out themselves. So, yeah, definitely can get players more robust, you know, and resilient in these areas that are really important in sport. And then as we were trying to pick his biomechanical model, whether or not it transfers into game scenarios, I'm not sure. But he probably wants them to be able to run under pressure on the field,. but I find a lot of people just skip that initial step and go with something else.
