Samuel Miller: This is a topic that always comes up in terms of my higher level program for coaches. The biggest thing there, the biggest movers are going to be overall daily movement and controlling calories and macros. If you think someone else would benefit from this information, maybe someone who really geeks out on their own nutrition really wants to maximize things, please send it to either a coach that works with a lot of women of reproductive age or potentially an client who's maybe aspiring to become a better athlete.
