How to Increase Your Energy Levels When You're in Conversation

I think the challenge with the way i speak sometimes is that it's hard to know what version you're get of me. And so i try to be mindful of my energy and how it's gong to impact someone else when i'm inor acting with them. The two things there is that when i've shared more, i find it just creates a more enjoyable conversation. I don't now, my mam kan doesn't shut up. She asks a lot of questions. That's all she does.
