How to Make Money as an Assignment Attorney
Anna is charged with disorderly conduct after a fight in the bar. She pleads guilty and gets sentenced to 200 dollars by Judge clancy. Anna's lawyer Russ worries he'll be seen as an 'obstructionist' if he doesn't take her case to trial. The best way to make money as an assignment attorney is to treat it like a volume business. Take lots of cases, resolve them quickly, but not too quickly. Judges control the assignments which can lead to a kind of subtle self inflicted pressure.
