Is There a Time and Trigger to Physical Exams?
The key issue here is to focus on timing and triggers rather than type, or what i sometimes call tih rate, timing, triggers and targeted exam. Because the timing and triggers actually determine which parts of the physical exam por discipations you want to be doing. I think this is why these patients have been driving me crazy for the last yeare several years. It's very difficult to get anywhere meaningful going down that particular road.
