Even if I know I'm still that person deep down, it is too hard to get that person out. There are other ways to actually reduce the stress in your nervous system,. Actually kind of bring your heart rate down. It's like physical exercise, meditation, yoga, going for a walk, mindfulness, being in your body in some capacity.
