Garrison tells executives that he was a part of a top secret task force called alpha two one four Sorry, that just sounds like a vultran. Garrison told these people that this task force had been established by high ranking government officials going up as far as the president. In order for him to personally carry out secret operations, he needed a plausible civilian job with a paycheck to look legit. To really seal up a scam everyone had to sign ndas for bidding any kind of discussion of the task force.
