Minneapolis Police Department Loses 30% of Its Officers

In the last three years Minneapolis Police Department has lost 30% of its officers. In that same time period they hired 117 new officers which equates to a net loss of 156 and an average losses of 52 per year. MPD chief Brian O'Hara is trying to reverse the trend, but it's not going well for him. The citizens you're supposed to protect are being brainwashed by their schools into hating cops - so he can't just give them anarchy or feral criminals running around.
