The Importance of Biblical Literacy
LZ: God almost seems like he enjoys stumping the smart people and doing things in a way that the intellectuals hate, you know what I mean? Like it doesn't make sense. We think about things and we just like, God's like, I'm gonna get this crazy guy to build a boat for 120 years or whatever. LZ: The more and more time barrels on, I think the more human beings try to rationalize these stories. It's clear to me now that it's like the weirder stuff is the better stuff and the more important stuff.
