The Importance of Audience-Focused Communication
Effective communication is about delivering a message that resonates with the audience. To communicate effectively we need to understand our target, who they are and what they know. One of the biggest mistakes I see is framing the issue solely in terms of its scientific or technical aspects. Another mistake is focusing too much on doom and gloom or negative messaging.
