T, i can feel sadness and it won't destroy me. I found really helpful the perspective part was a big help. The science behind things like arm glow giving or helpus high makes us feel better. We should do things for other people because it's the right thing to do,. And if we're sad and we just do ourselves, the chances are we'll still be sad. This balance which is not very exciting, but balance is important.
