IQ tests purports to be a measure of how much knowledge a person has gained by a certain age. And then there's an average amount of knowledge you've taken in. According to the theory, do you say it's more about knowledge or capability? We intuitively have a feeling that some people do not pick up as fast as others. This is particularly obvious in the case of someone with bikes and down syndrome.
