If we don't have any kind of pre planned decision making rubric, then we automatically are saying yes to everything, which we know is also impossible. So if you want to start saying yes more often, or I should say, say yes to the more and most important opportunities,. how do we start to go through these five steps that you have to protect our time? She says it's better for relationships if we say yes, at least in the short term may not be in the long term.
