Is Your Mind Wanting Happiness?
A mind's nature is always to move to happiness. And typically it will use thought to do this. You're thinking about problemsb as your mind is convinced that if i keep regularly settling in and experiencing the elements of it, i'll get the aha, eureka - there won't be a problem any more. No matter how much we keep experiencing these things, that lasting fulfilment, that feeling of lasting happiness, just doesn't come.
