You look at the kind of interactions they're having on twitter, see if you know other people that are following them. Then you hope tat they have a web sit. For my perspective, if they don't have a web site, forget about it,. Cause it'slike, how hard is it to create a website? So i typically only invest in projects where i can get a sense of who these people are and i can find them unlinked in. I look for a large team. They have to have at least a couple of good, strong tech people
