The No Plan Vote on Obamacare

I think there's this fundamental divide in the Republican Party that is going to make it very, very difficult to accomplish anything. It remains amazing to me that Paul Ryan managed to produce that piece of health care legislation that was opposed by the Heritage Foundation and Decato. If they had better strategy, they could nail this. I've come to have a view about where it leaves Republicans which is maybe that didn't hold before.
