I think maybe it's to do with your normal kind of temperature or something. You just have to be doubly conscious of hydration. And like, trippity conscious of being kind and therefore if you feel like you're struggling to just cut it short. I know that obviously this isn't going to be very timely, but we hopefully will have some more nice sunny days this summer.
