The average person is spending about four hours a day on their phones. So if you can figure out the activities that feel fun to you or that bring you a sense of joy and you prioritize those things, the pull of your phone is going to be reduced just kind of naturally. The same thing is true just in general with fun. Like the more fun things you have in your schedule and the more playful interactions you're having with people in real life, the less you're gonna want to be on your phone to begin with.
