I think I always say kind of leadership is not a position. It's a behavior, right? And, and I talk about this concept, uh, called dynamics of ordination, which is really decentralized leadership. So it was a tremendous lesson in leadership for me because that's when I recognize that you have to, you have to be a part of the machine.
Rich draws upon 20+ years of experience as a Navy SEAL Officer where he completed more than 13 overseas deployments – 11 of which were to Iraq and Afghanistan. Through his career, he has achieved multiple leadership positions – to include the Commanding Officer of a Navy SEAL Command.
