Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Moves and Submissions

The question is, what is your favorite Brazilian Jiu Jitsu move and submission? So, I would say my favorite move is the very simple scissor sweep. And in my favorite submission, I think I have to name two of them. Probably the guillotine and the chimera. Both can both be used with ghee or without ghee.
