In the search fund space, I mean, I guess you're familiar with it. Generally, there's a group of investors backing the searcher. So does that group represent the acquirer? It's a good point because the balance that I talked about there is a more traditional MBI. With the search fund type requirements, the equity checks tend to be larger which gives an element of comfort thus.
