I sense though that you've done what the late great anders ericson would say, is of purposeful practice. You have created feedback loops, whether it's outside coaches or others helping you. I think the thing with with constructive criticism is that it can be difficult to absorb in the moment. None of us can assess ourselves fully. We need outsiders to help assess us. And so for me, the key is having that is having people around me and asking for it,.You know, asking people to give me that feed. That's the ultimate destination. Am i good at my job? It's not about how somebody built something, because no no individual person built anything its it
