What Is the Purpose of a Corporation?
It seems that it's easier to get one's hands around a corporation and how it comes about, because we understand the purpose of a corporation from its founding documents. The question is, who creates the purpose of e state? And what the purpose of the state is seems to be a much harder one, and one that we're still trying to figure out on the whole. I'm not sure even with corporations, you know where you are. People who work for corporations often don't know where the corporation starts,. Whether it's them speaking or the corporation speaking. Does the corporation have a life of its own?
