Are Social Workers Going to Grow the Economy?

When you're running a budget like this, if you're going to spend, you have to spend on things that generally grow the pie. If there's a a something i'm pumped about, it is the child tax credit. I stand up and down and just like champion the child tas credit. There are other elements of the the mega bill that i now like im warm to a, but none of them like a delivers a bang for the buck.
