Is It Helped Me Feel Closer to God?

Am, i like to liken it to the feeling of the sun itself rising in my chest. I don't know an easy answer to your question. It's helpe me feel closer to god, help me to realize that god is love. And wants me to not only love myself, but give my love awayand that's what we're here for. One lives when they give, and at least i feel like i do. That also, for me, is the essence of spirituality and a connection to god.
