How Do You Feel When You're Confident?

Step one is to activate the memory that has a negative emotion. And then dissociate just by having them shake or tap or do anything. Step three is to really get into that associate into the resource state. So we say, what's it like when you're feeling confident? How do you know you're confident? How does it move in your body? We're going to try and be cheerleader for their resource state.We are building a neural network that includes confidence and public speaking,. We can take one memory that we work through and we can update it and change it.
